Men’s Health Week Challenge 

We’re supporting Men’s Health Week and challenging men for a chance to WIN!

Men’s Health Week is upon us. Running from June 12 – 18, this week of awareness aims to draw attention to not just men’s physical health, but they’re mental health and behaviors towards health also.

 The Challenge

To support Men’s Health Week we’re challenging men to go sugar-free for 1 WEEK!

Get your man on board and cut out all refined and added sugars for 7 days and FEEL THE DIFFERENCE!

All you need to do is remove refined sugar from your diet and let us know by tagging us online and use the hashtag #1weeksugarfree

It can be ANYTHING! A sugar-free recipe you made during the week or simple a post on how you’re feeling having gone sugar-free!

MHW Men’s Health Week

This year, Men’s Health Week is focused around belly fat, why? Because according to the UK’S Men’s Health Forum – that’s the type of fat that’s bad you health and men are more likely to have it.

 

No matter your overall weight, belly fat can increase your risk of:

  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • Colorectal

Removing refined and added sugars from your diet is one of the best ways to improve you overall health. Lots of people consume far too much sugar, usually because most of it is hidden in your regular grocery purchases.
