  • Makes 6 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 each – Pineapple peeled, cored, and diced

1/2 red onion, diced

1 lime, zested and juiced

1 clove garlic, diced

1 each fresh chilli, diced (use whatever chilli you would like to add desired spiciness)

fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tsp  Natvia

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Use within one-two days.
