The simple secret behind Adele’s weight loss transformation.

It’s been pretty hard to miss Adele’s transformation over the past few months. She’s been almost everywhere, releasing a new album and making huge appearances on X Factor and Saturday Night Live.

And it’s not only her incredible voice we said ‘Hello’ to in October, but her amazing new figure.

How did she do it? It turns out the key is simple – she’s cut back on sugar.

The singer has revealed that staying away from her daily cuppa is the secret behind her slimmer shape.

She used to drink ten cups of tea a day – with two teaspoons of sugar in every one. That’s twenty teaspoons of sugar each day! This is particularly shocking when you compare it with the recommended daily intake of 6 teaspoons!

After cutting out tea, Adele not only looks noticeably trimmer, but also says she feels better and more energetic than ever.

She’s also stopped drinking alcohol and is eating healthily to stay at her best for what’s set to be a busy year of touring for the chart-topper.
