Amaranth is an ancient grain cultivated by Aztecs 8,000 years ago. These tiny grains are gluten-free and high in minerals, such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, and carotenoids, than most vegetables. Not just that, Amaranth is incredibly high in protein, so dig in knowing you’re doing something great for your health!
