Baked Apple Oatmeal

Cook 45 minutes

Ingredients

3 apples, diced

2 tablespoon raw almonds, chopped

2 tablespoon coconut oil

210 g rolled oats (2 cups)

2 tablespoon Natvia

3 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

550 g almond milk (2 ¼ cups)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Lightly Grease a baking dish coconut oil. Scatter over the apple and almonds, cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake for a further 10 minutes.
  3. Mean while mix together the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl
  4. Remove the softened apple and almonds from the oven. Pour over the oats mixture and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes, covered. Remove the cover and bake for a further 10-15 minutes
