INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 cup whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup lupin flour
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon Natvia
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 0 water or kefir if you want to thin out the mixture
  • 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese sweetened with a ½ tsp of natvia( optional)
  • 0 Sliced banana( optional)
  • 0 Almond butter( optional)
  • 0 Desiccated coconut( optional)

1 small banana

¼ cup whey protein powder

¼ cup lupin flour

4 egg whites

1 tbsp Natvia

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp vanilla essence

-water or kefir if you want to thin out the mixture

Optional add-ons:

2 tbsp ricotta cheese sweetened with a ½ tsp of natvia

Sliced banana

Almond butter

Desiccated coconut

METHOD

  1. Blend all ingredients
  2. Let batter sit for about an hour in the fridge (or overnight)
  3. Spoon mixture into preheated non stick pan
  4. Cook pancakes and top with a variety of add ons
