  • Serves: 8 - 10
  • Prep: 15 minutes + 4-12 hours
  • Cook: 45 minutes

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse 3-4 times, remove lid and stir. Continue to pulse until it starts to look like granita
  2. Scoop into a glass
  3. Stand for 10 minutes at room temperature – unless it is hot – then place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
