Cook: 20 minutes

Ingredients

2 serves vanilla protein powder

sunflower seeds

80 g desiccated coconut (1 cup)

1 tablespoon Natvia

1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 tablespoon almond milk

1 tablespoon water

Method

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until combined.
  2. Add the oil, milk and water and blitz until combined.
  3. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. Decorate with print out of a badminton. Stick print into a toothpick and press into each bliss ball.
