Baked Chocolate Oats

YUM! This Baked Chocolate and Coconut Oats are dairy-free and vegan! A tasty way to entertain even the fussiest of eaters!

Ingredients

Coconut oil for greasing the baking dish

220 g rolled oats (2 cups)

2 tablespoon raw cacao powder

2 tablespoon Natvia

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

30 g desiccated coconut (1/3 cup)

550 g coconut milk (2 ¼ cup)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Grease the baking dish generously with coconut oil
  3. In a mixing bowl, Combine the dry ingredients and then pour in the vanilla and milk. Stir to combine. Pour into the baking dish and cover with alfoil. Place in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for a further 10-15 minutes
  4. Serve hot with a side of greek yoghurt and berries
