Berry Slushy

Serves: 8 - 10
Prep: 15 minutes + 4-12 hours
Cook: 45 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice blocks
- ¼ cup berries
- 2-3 tsp Natvia
- 1 tbs lemon juice
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse 3-4 times, remove lid and stir. Continue to pulse until it starts to look like granita
- Scoop into a glass
- Stand for 10 minutes at room temperature – unless it is hot – then place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
