Blueberry and Banana Mini Cakes
150 mls Milk of choice
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
100 g Ground almonds
100 g Gluten-Free Flour
100 g Natvia Natural Sweetener
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
100 g Blueberries
- Blend the ingredients apart from the blueberries, then mix them in at the end.
- Divide the mixture between 6-8 mini greased silicone cake cases and fill to the top. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes until risen and golden.
- Leave to cool then pop out of the tins and enjoy!
