Brown Sweetenr Cookies

These simple and delicious Brown Sweetener Cookies are the perfect afternoon snake and perfect dessert to make! They’re soft and chewy and have no added sugar! So easy to make, you’ll be in cookie heaven in almost no time at all!

SERVES: 8

PREP: 10-15 minutes

COOK: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup Natvia Brown Sweetener

1 large egg

1 cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Dash plant based milk (gradually add to make dough consistency)

Half block of Natvia Dark Baking Block

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Add dry ingredients (except choc) in a bowl and mix together
  3. Add the wet ingredients and thoroughly combine
  4. Mix together all ingredients to form a dough. Add a splash more milk if too dry
  5. Roll 1tbsp of dough per cookie and place on a lined baking tray
  6. Add a a square of Natvia Dark Baking Block on the top of each cookie
  7. Bake for around 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through
  8. Enjoy!
