Choc Chip Cinnamon Muffins

This recipe is part of our Back To School collection.   Turn up to the first day of school prepared with these delicious Choc Chip Cinnamon Muffins. Quick and easy to put together, these sugar-free muffins are the perfect pick me up ahead of a full day of learning. Once you've whipped up a batch and packed some for the kids, sneak a couple youself, afterall, we could all use a little sugar-free pick-me-up!

Cook: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup Natvia
  • 3 cups self raising wholemeal flour
  • 1-2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 100g dark chocolate sugar free, chopped – or buttons

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Combine wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients and combine.
  3. Stir the wet through the dry. Stir until just combined.
  4. Dollop into greased and lined muffin tray.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
