Ingredients
For the brownie -
120g gluten-free flour
100g Natvia natural sweetener
40g cocoa powder
200ml oat milk
2 eggs or flax egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the peanut caramel -
1 tablespoon coconut oil
4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons Natvia natural sweetener
For the topping -
1 tablespoon coconut oil
100g no added sugar dark chocolate, chopped (or Natvia M!Lk Baking Chocolate)
Method
First make the brownie: Mix together all of the ingredients then place in a greased loaf tin and spread out. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes until firm.
Melt the coconut oil and nut butter then stir in the Natvia and pour over the cooled down brownie. Spread out evenly. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Melt the coconut oil and chocolate then pour over to cover the peanut layer. Chill again for 1 hour to set.
Remove from the fridge and tin then slice into bars and eat!
