Chocolate Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- 1/3 quinoa flakes
- ¼ cup almond meal
- 2 tsp Natvia
- ¾ cup soy milk/almond milk
- 1 tbs Cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- Cacao nibs, for garnishing
- Dark chocolate, sugar free, for garnishing
- Blueberries, for garnishing
Method
- Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to boil then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with the cacao nibs, chocolate and blueberries.
