Chocolate Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Our Chocolate Quinoa Breakfast Bowl is packed with nutrients. This quick fix in the morning will give you all the energy you need to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 quinoa flakes
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • 2 tsp Natvia
  • ¾ cup soy milk/almond milk
  • 1 tbs Cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • Cacao nibs, for garnishing
  • Dark chocolate, sugar free, for garnishing
  • Blueberries, for garnishing

Method

  1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to boil then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Garnish with the cacao nibs, chocolate and blueberries.
