Cinnamon Scroll Microwave Mug Cake

Ingredients
70 g Gluten Free Plain Flour
0.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
4 tablespoon Milk
2 tablespoon Natvia Salty Caramel Topping
0.5 teaspoon Vanilla
10 g Butter, Melted
1 teaspoon Natvia Gold
0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon, Ground
Method
- Combine the Natvia Gold and cinnamon together in a small bowl and set aside.
- In your desired mug, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Top with the Natvia and cinnamon mixture and using the tip of a knife swirl the mixture into the top of the batter.
- Microwave for 2-2.5 minutes on high. Serve warm
