Cranberry Oat Cookies

Ingredients
125 g unsalted butter
95 g Natvia (½ cup)
1 egg
160 g plain flour (1 cup)
1 teaspoon baking flour
105 g rolled oats (1 cup)
50 g cranberries (½ cup)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Beat the butter with the Natvia until creamed.
- Beat the egg in until just combined. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Roll into balls and place on a baking paper lined tray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and carefully place on a wire rack to cool.
