Hot Fudge Sundae

Serves 10
Ingredients
1 cup Self Raising flour
1 cup Cacao Powder
0.5 cup Natvia
60 g Salted Butter, melted
1 Egg
0.5 cup Milk
0.25 cup Peanuts, salted
0.25 cup Pecans
0.25 cup Shredded Coconut
0 Whipped cream, to serve
0.25 cup Cacao powder
1 cup Boiling Water
1 cup Coconut Cream
Method
- Grease a large baking dish.
- Sift the flour and cacao powder into a bowl and then add the Natvia.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, melted butter and milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and fold with a spatula until combined.
- Spread evenly into the baking tray and then sprinkle over cacao powder. Pour over 1 cup coconut cream and 1 cup boiling water.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is firm to the touch.
- Serve with the nuts and coconut sprinkled over the top and some whipped cream.
