Iced Blueberry Water

This recipe is part of our Back to School collection. Cool down with this super healthy and refreshing Iced Blueberry Water. In place of sugar-filled soft drinks, this Iced Blueberry Water will keep the little ones hydrated without the sugar-high.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs blueberries
  • ½ tsp Natvia
  • 1 cup water

Method

  1. Place the blueberries in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Add the Natvia and then mash the blueberries with a fork. Pass the liquid through a fine sieve into a water bottle
  3. Pour cool water over the top, shake, secure lid and then place in the freezer.
  4. Place in your child’s lunchbox to keep their lunch cold and for a refreshing flavoured drink
