Keto Choc Mug Cake

Ingredients
30 g chocolate protein powder (¼ cup)
30 g coconut flour (¼ cup)
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon Natvia
1 egg
125 g preferred milk (½ cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
30 g shaved chocolate, for sprinkling (¼ cup)
Method
- Lightly grease 4 mugs or ramekins
- In a small bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Add the egg, milk and vanilla essence. Stir to combine with a spatula.
- Divide the mixture between the 4 mugs.
- Microwave for 60 seconds each. Sprinkle with chocolate and serve.
