Matcha Iced Latte

Ingredients
125 g soy milk (½ cup)
0.5 tablespoon vanilla essence/extract
1 teaspoon Natvia
1 tablespoon matcha
Method
- Combine 2 tbs hot water with the matcha in a small coffee jug. Use the press to mix the matcha and water until combined. Add the remaining ingredients and quickly press up and down until frosty. Pour over ice and top with extra matcha.
