Natvia Hazelnut Waffles

Start your mornings off right with our delicious Natvia Hazelnut Waffles!! This simple and easy recipe is not only delicious but has no added sugars and is gluten free! It is a perfect way to start the morning, or an great healthy snack or if your craving something sweet and its a perfect way to satisfy your sugar needs guilt free! Nutritional Information Tips/tricks  
  • Keep waffles warm by placing them in a warm oven until you have finished cooking the remaining batter. 
  • For a decadent treat, top with sugar free ice cream, Natvia Maple Flavoured Syrup, Nuttvia and berries  
  • Nutritional information is per waffle with toppings

Cook/Chill: 30 minutes

Ingredients

120g Unsalted Butter, melted

280g Gluten Free Plain Flour

2 tbsp Natvia

1 tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Bi Carb Soda

1 tsp Salt

250g Natural Yoghurt

250ml Milk

4 Eggs

3 tbsp Nuttvia

Strawberries, to serve (optional)

Natvia Maple Flavoured Syrup, to serve (optional)

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, Natvia, baking powder, salt and bi carb soda. Mix to combine.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine yoghurt, milk, butter and eggs. Whisk to combine.
  3. Add the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until smooth and creamy. Add the Nuttvia and whisk again until combined.
  4. Preheat the waffle iron. Use half a cup of batter per waffle and cook until golden.
  5. Serve the waffles hot with Natvia Maple Flavoured Syrup and strawberries
