Natvia Hazelnut Waffles

- Keep waffles warm by placing them in a warm oven until you have finished cooking the remaining batter.
- For a decadent treat, top with sugar free ice cream, Natvia Maple Flavoured Syrup, Nuttvia and berries

Ingredients
120g Unsalted Butter, melted
280g Gluten Free Plain Flour
2 tbsp Natvia
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Bi Carb Soda
1 tsp Salt
250g Natural Yoghurt
250ml Milk
4 Eggs
3 tbsp Nuttvia
Strawberries, to serve (optional)
Natvia Maple Flavoured Syrup, to serve (optional)
Method
- In a large bowl, combine flour, Natvia, baking powder, salt and bi carb soda. Mix to combine.
- In a separate bowl, combine yoghurt, milk, butter and eggs. Whisk to combine.
- Add the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until smooth and creamy. Add the Nuttvia and whisk again until combined.
- Preheat the waffle iron. Use half a cup of batter per waffle and cook until golden.
- Serve the waffles hot with Natvia Maple Flavoured Syrup and strawberries
