Peanut Butter Ice Cream

If you're a fan of peanut butter (that's obviously a joke because everyone without an allegy is, right?) then you're going to LOVE this recipe. Completley clear of all refined sugats and in two easy steps this crunch peanut butter ice cream is yours.
Perfect for summer and those warm spring days, this recipes means you can wake up, combine the only three ingredients and have deliciousness in a cone four hours later. We wouldn't wait if we were you!

Ingredients

2 cups coconut milk (full fat) 1/2 cup Natvia 1/3 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter

Method

  1. Add Natvia to coconut milk and whisk. Then add peanut butter, whisk again until evenly combined.
  2. Place in a container and freeze for 3-4 hour for soft scoop ice cream or overnight.
