Peanut Butter Microwave Cake

Everybody loves peanut butter and everybody loves cake, and what everybody loves the most is a chocolate peanut butter cake that can be ready in as little as 5 minutes. This is not a drill. Suprise everyone's cravings with this quick, sugar-free dessert. Ingredients

1 Egg

2 tablespoon Peanut Butter

1 tablespoon Natvia

1 tablespoon Drinking Chocolate mix or Cacao Powder.

1 tablespoon GF flour

0 Dash of GF baking powder

0.25 Dark Chocolate Chips

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a microwave safe dish/mug
  2. Mix well until combined
  3. Microwave for 3-5 minutes, checking to see when it has formed a cake like texture. Time will vary depending on the temperature of your microwave and of course on how gooey/cooked you prefer it to be.
  4. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (So Good) and voila!
