Protein Anzac Biscuit

Ingredients
70g Quick oats 1 x XL egg 15g Whey protein powder 30g Shredded Coconut 80g Apple pure 45g Chick peas 20g Flax meal Natvia sweetener (measurements dependent on how sweet you'd like your biscuit)
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Place all ingredients into a blender until well mixed
- Prepare a silicone tray for the biscuits. Use just over a tablespoon of mixture per biscuit and shape into a cookie using a fork to press mixture down.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until brown on top and allow to cool
