Vanilla Overnight Oats

Serves 1

Ingredients

0.25 cup oats

1 teaspoon green banana resistant starch

0.5 cup natural Greek yoghurt

0 Couple drops vanilla essence

2 tablespoon vanilla protein powder

1 teaspoon Natvia

1 teaspoon shredded coconut( optional)

1 teaspoon almond butter( optional)

1 teaspoon chia seeds( optional)

2 strawberries sliced( optional)

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except oats so that they are well combined.
  2. Add in oats and mix thoroughly until oats are covered in yoghurt mixture.
  3. Place in fridge overnight.
  4. Top with add-ons in the morning.
  5. Enjoy!
