Vanilla Overnight Oats

Ingredients
0.25 cup oats
1 teaspoon green banana resistant starch
0.5 cup natural Greek yoghurt
0 Couple drops vanilla essence
2 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon Natvia
1 teaspoon shredded coconut( optional)
1 teaspoon almond butter( optional)
1 teaspoon chia seeds( optional)
2 strawberries sliced( optional)
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl except oats so that they are well combined.
- Add in oats and mix thoroughly until oats are covered in yoghurt mixture.
- Place in fridge overnight.
- Top with add-ons in the morning.
- Enjoy!
