Vegan Fudge

Ingredients
250 g Sugar Free Peanut Butter (1 cup)
80 mls Coconut Oil, melted (1/3 cup)
19 g Cacao
60 mls Natvia Sugar-Free Maple Flavoured Syrup (1/4 cup)
0.5 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Method
- Grease and line a 15cm x 15cm square container with baking paper.
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Pour into the prepared container and freeze for about an hour.
- Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving, cut into squares and enjoy!
