Vegan Fudge

Chill 1 Hour

Ingredients

250 g Sugar Free Peanut Butter (1 cup)

80 mls Coconut Oil, melted (1/3 cup)

19 g Cacao

60 mls Natvia Sugar-Free Maple Flavoured Syrup (1/4 cup)

0.5 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Method

  1. Grease and line a 15cm x 15cm square container with baking paper.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour into the prepared container and freeze for about an hour.
  4. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving, cut into squares and enjoy!
