INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Ripe mashed banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons Natvia
  • 1/2 cup quick Oats
  • 0 Dash of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (or substitute with other berries or dried fruits)

1 x Ripe mashed banana

1/2 Tsp baking powder

2 tsp Natvia

1/2 cup quick Oats

Dash of almond milk

1/2 cup blueberries (or substitute with other berries or dried fruits)

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 170 deg.
  2. Mix all ingredients (except blueberries) together and spray/line baking tin to prevent sticking.
  3. Layer 1/2 blueberries or fruit into base of tins and then add mixture pressing down slightly.
  4. Top with remaining fruit. Bake until top is firm and browning.
