Flourless Chocolate Brownie

Serves 12

Ingredients

130 g Vanilla Yoghurt 21 g Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 g baking powder90 g Hazelnut meal 12 g Natvia sweetener 2 ea. Eggs 30 ml Vegetable oil 2 ml Vanilla Extract

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line tray
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together (hazelnut meal, cocoa powder, baking powder and Natvia)
  3. Beat in yoghurt and egg; make sure you put one egg in at a time
  4. Add vanilla extract and vegetable oil and mix for another minute
  5. Pour mixture into the tray
  6. Bake for 16 minute
  7. Enjoy!
