  • Makes 16

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups/150g/5.3 oz almond meal

1/2 cup/60g/2 oz semolina flour

1 cup/128g/4.2 oz milk powder

3/4 cup/135g/4.8 oz Natvia

4 tsp loose chai tea

5 tbsp/100g/3.5 oz butter, melted

3 eggs lightly beaten

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a rectangle cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well combined and pour into cake pan.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
