- Serves: 12
- Prep Time 5 minutes
- Cooking Time 20-25 mins
rolled oats (1 cup)
plain wholemeal flour (1 cup)
self-raising flour (½ cup )
Natvia (½ cup)
desiccated coconut (½ Cup)
light tasting extra virgin olive oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
vanilla bean paste
pitted cherries (1 cup )
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Combine the dry ingredients
- Add the olive oil, eggs, vanilla and cherries and stir until just combined
- Spread into a greased and lined 15x20cm brownie tin
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and stand in the tray until cooled completely. Slice into 12 squares
