Chia seeds (1 tbsp)
Macadamia nuts (1 cup)
Dry roasted almonds (1 cup)
Desiccated coconut (1 cup)
Cacao powder (2 tbsp)
Melted cooled butter
Dark chocolate 70%, melted
- Place chia seeds and 3 tablespoons water in a bowl, stir well and leave for 10 minutes to form a gel.
- Combine macadamia nuts, almonds, coconut, Natvia, cacao powder, butter and chia gel mixture in bowl of food processor. Process until well combined. (Don’t over process. A coarse nut texture is great).
- Transfer to a bowl. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls and refrigerate for 1 hour. Drizzle with chocolate. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
