Start your day off with a nutritious chia pudding. Chia seeds are one of the most nutritious foods out there. They’re high in healthy omega 3-fatty acids, fibre, protein and are a source of magnesium, iron and zinc! These small seeds pack quite the punch and it’s why you should try and find ways to include them into your diet. Smoothies, over your breakfast cereals, in your salads, mixed in with your rice – there are so many ways to do it. One of ours is to make them the star of their very own dish – Chia Pudding!
