Choc Almond Crackles

Try this healthy variation of everyone’s childhood favourite treat – the chocolate crackle! No cooking or baked required, just melt and mix ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup puffed rice
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1-2 tbs Natvia
  • 60g butter, melted

METHOD

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Dollop into mini patty pans
  3. Place in the fridge to set for 20 mins-1 hour
