Metric | Imperial Measurement Conversions

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ice tray / approx. 2 cups
  • 1 shot natural kefir
  • 1 scoop mocha protein powder (if you don't have, can use a chocolate variety)
  • 1 teaspoon mesquite
  • 1 teaspoon natvia
  • 1/2 teaspoon green banana resistant starch

1 ice tray / approx. 2 cups

1 shot natural kefir

1 scoop mocha protein powder (if you don’t have, can use a chocolate variety)

1 tsp mesquite

1 tsp natvia

½ tsp green banana resistant starch

METHOD

  1. Blend all ingredients
  2. Pour into serving glass
  3. Enjoy!
