Choc Nut Banana Cookies

Bake: 12 minutes

Ingredients

100 g Mashed banana

100 g Vegan margarine

100 g Natvia

50 g Almond meal

100 g Hazelnut meal

1 teaspoon Baking powder

2 teaspoon Egg replacer

30 g Cacao powder

50 g Pecans, chopped

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Beat the margarine, banana and Natvia until combined and creamy. Add all but the pecans and beat until combined.
  3. Stir in the pecans and then roll the mixture into tablespoon sized balls. Place on a baking paper lined tray and chill for 45 minutes.
  4. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes, remove form the oven and stand for 10 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.
