Place Natvia, milk, water, chocolate, cacao in a medium sized saucepan over a low heat. Heat, stirring, until the mixture has melted and is smooth. Set aside for 1 hour to cool. Pour mixture into large zip lock bag. Lay bag flat on a metal tray and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.
Remove from freezer, bend in bag to break up mixture into smaller pieces. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and process until smooth. Spoon into 1 litre capacity loaf pan and freeze for 2-3 hours. Remove form freezer 20 minutes before serving. Scoop away and enjoy snuggled up on the couch while watching a movie.
