This no-churn, creamy chocolate ice cream is pure chocolate bliss. It is sure to satisfy your chocolate cravings and you can’t even tell it has no added sugar!

INGREDIENTS

  • 90 g Natvia (90g)
  • 375 mls Milk (1½ cups)
  • 375 mls Water (1½ cups)
  • 100 g 70% Dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons Cacao powder (20g)

 

TIPS:
If you prefer the nutty taste of almond milk. Substitute for the milk and water

METHOD

  1. Place Natvia, milk, water, chocolate, cacao in a medium sized saucepan over a low heat. Heat, stirring, until the mixture has melted and is smooth. Set aside for 1 hour to cool. Pour mixture into large zip lock bag. Lay bag flat on a metal tray and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.
  2. Remove from freezer, bend in bag to break up mixture into smaller pieces. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and process until smooth. Spoon into 1 litre capacity loaf pan and freeze for 2-3 hours. Remove form freezer 20 minutes before serving. Scoop away and enjoy snuggled up on the couch while watching a movie.
