Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

85 g Chia seeds (1/2 cup)

45 g Du Chocolat (1/4 cup)

2 tablespoon Natvia

65 g Natural peanut butter (unsweetened) (1/4 cup)

500 g Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk (2 cups)

fruit of choice to top

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix together chia seeds, Du Chocolat, Natvia and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the peanut butter and almond milk and whisk to combine.
  3. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  4. Transfer mixture to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
  5. To serve, layer with fruit or other toppings of your choice.
