INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz  Cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup/90g/3 oz  Coconut oil, softened
  • 1/3 cup/30g/1 oz  unsweetened flaked coconut chips
  • 1/4 up/56g/2oz  almond/coconut milk unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup/45g/1.5 oz  stevia sweetener
  • 1 tsp  sugar free vanilla extract

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blitz until well combined.
  2. Spread out into a small square or rectangular container lined with parchment paper.
  3. Refrigerate until fudge is hardened.
  4. Remove fudge from container and cut into squares.
