- 1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz Cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup/90g/3 oz Coconut oil, softened
- 1/3 cup/30g/1 oz unsweetened flaked coconut chips
- 1/4 up/56g/2oz almond/coconut milk unsweetened
- 1/4 cup/45g/1.5 oz stevia sweetener
- 1 tsp sugar free vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and blitz until well combined.
- Spread out into a small square or rectangular container lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate until fudge is hardened.
- Remove fudge from container and cut into squares.
