Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

makes 8 truffles

Ingredients

0.5 cup smooth natural peanut butter

1.5 tablespoon cocoa powder + 1 tsp for topping

1 tablespoon whole milk

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon Natvia

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

0.25 cup mashed cannellini beans

1 tablespoon vanilla whey protein powder

1 tablespoon cacao nibs

Method

  1. Combine ingredients and mash together with a fork until smooth and no visible pieces remain.
  2. Place mixture in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll into balls and cover with cocoa powder.
  4. Enjoy straight away or store in sealer container in refrigerator or freezer
