INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup/50g/1.7 oz  rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup/50g/1.7 oz  Labrada For Her Peanut Protein (or protein powder of choice)
  • 1/3 cup/30g/1oz  Dymatize ISO100 chocolate protein powder (or protein powder of choice)
  • 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz  coconut, shredded or desiccated
  • 3 tbsp/20g/0.7 oz  Natvia
  • 3 tbsp/20g/0.7 oz  dark cocoa powder
  • 3 tsp  honey or rice malt syrup
  • 1 tbsp/20g/0.7 oz  Peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp/50ml/1.6 oz  Water

METHOD

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix honey with warm water before adding to dry mix with the peanut butter. Mix well using hands.
  3. Roll mixture into even balls and store in fridge.
