- 1/2 cup/50g/1.7 oz rolled oats
- 1/2 cup/50g/1.7 oz Labrada For Her Peanut Protein (or protein powder of choice)
- 1/3 cup/30g/1oz Dymatize ISO100 chocolate protein powder (or protein powder of choice)
- 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz coconut, shredded or desiccated
- 3 tbsp/20g/0.7 oz Natvia
- 3 tbsp/20g/0.7 oz dark cocoa powder
- 3 tsp honey or rice malt syrup
- 1 tbsp/20g/0.7 oz Peanut butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp/50ml/1.6 oz Water
- Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix honey with warm water before adding to dry mix with the peanut butter. Mix well using hands.
- Roll mixture into even balls and store in fridge.
