Spend an afternoon cool and relaxed at the counter in your kitchen baking away at this beautiful Chocolate and Pear Crumble. Combing our favourite refined sugar-free and palm oil free hazelnut spread, Nuttvia, with seasonal pears, this crumble will melt in your mouth. Don’t belive us? Give this recipe a go for youself!

INGREDIENTS

3 pears

150g Nuttvia

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil (solid)

1/4 Cup Natvia

1/2 Cup Plain Flour

2 Tbsp. Ground Almonds

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees C
  2. Cut pears into thin slices and layer in a medium baking dish.
  3. Spread Nuttvia over the pears and place to one side.
  4. In a small bowl mix the flour, almonds, Natvia and coconut oil with your hands to create the ’crumble’ topping.
  5. Sprinkle ‘crumble’ over the Nuttvia and pears and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Take out and serve immediately. Can be stored covered, in the fridge, for up to 3 days.
