Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder (or can substitute with Flour) (1/3 cup)
Cacao or Cocoa Powder
Natvia (1/2 cup)
Gluten-Free Flour (1/2 cup)
Walnut Pieces (3/4 cup)
Preheat the oven to 170C and grease and line a 9 x 9 inches baking tin.
Place the oats in a blender and whizz up until a flour forms. Add in the other ingredients and pulse until the mixture comes together. Press into the base of the tin in an even layer.
Next put all of the chocolate topping ingredients (except the walnuts) into the cleaned out blender and whizz until you have a nice smooth chocolate batter. Stir in the walnuts then spread this mixture on top evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until firmed up. Leave to cool then cut into 9-12 bars.
