INGREDIENTS

  • Pancakes:
  • 1/4 cup Oat flour
  • 1/4 cup Buckwheat flour
  • 2 tsp psyllium powder
  • 1 heaped tsp Maca powder
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 3/4 cup/180ml/ Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Yacon syrup
  • 1 tbsp/14g/natvia 
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

METHOD

  1. Pancakes: Blend all ingredients into a blender until smooth.
  2. Cook over medium heat in a non stick pan with some coconut oil.
  3. Sauce: Mix all ingredients well and pour over pancakes!
