Cinnamon Popcorn

Whip up this simple but delicious bowl of Cinnamon Popcorn. Store in an air-tight container and take some with you to snack throughout the day!

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/3 cup popcorn corn kernels

1 ½ tablespoons non-dairy butter, melted

1 tablespoon Natvia

1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Add the coconut oil to a large saucepan over medium heat. Heat slowly.
  2. Test to see if the oil is hot enough by dropping a couple of the kernels into the saucepan and if they pop, the oil is ready.
  3. Add the rest of the kernels, cover. Shake regularly until popping ends. Remove from the heat.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Natvia and cinnamon. Pour over popcorn and mix well to coat. Serve.
