INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons Natvia
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

2 cups desiccated coconut

2 tablespoons Natvia

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup coconut milk

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and blend on high speed until mixture is well combined and sticking together.
  2. Using your hands, press the mixture into balls and roll in coconut.
  3. Place in the fridge to set.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
