Metric | Imperial Measurement Conversions

INGREDIENTS

2-3 liquid egg whites
2 cups desiccated coconut
1/3 cup goji berries
2/3 cup Natvia
1-2 tsp vanilla essence (to your preference)
dark chocolate (melted)
crushed nuts

METHOD

  1. Whisk egg whites, Natvia and vanilla
  2. Add coconut and goji berries, mix well
  3. Roll into balls and place on baking tray
  4. Bake for approx. 20 min at 180 Degrees
  5. Once these have cooled, dip in dark chocolate and roll in the crushed nuts.
  6. Keep refrigerated (if any survive!)
