Combine the oats, coconut, cinnamon and flour in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat with the Natvia. Add the vanilla. Pour into the oats mixture. Combine the bicarb with 1 tbs boiling water and then stir through. Add 1-2 tbs water if it does not stick together
3. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place on a baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Remove and stand for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool
