Earl Grey Latte

Prep: 10 minutes

Ingredients

125 g boiling hot water (½ cup)

1 teaspoon earl grey or 1 tea bag

2 teaspoon Natvia

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

125 g milk or almond milk (½ cup)

cinnamon and nutmeg, for sprinkling

Method

  1. Steep the earl grey in the hot water for 3-5 minutes, remove the tea leaves and stir in the vanilla and Natvia
  2. Meanwhile heat the milk in the microwave, or stovetop until steamed. Froth up using a French coffee press or hand held milk frother.
  3. Pour the milk over the tea and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Enjoy!
